Allow your child to discover the pure joy of mindful movement and connection. Our theme-based classes and programs incorporate games, books, songs and age-appropriate postures to take kids on a journey through movement, breathe and imagination.

Led with skill and heart by Co-Founder, Megan Lamb, Five Peaks offers a variety of classes and programs to fit your child’s needs, including drop-in classes, kids yoga birthday parties, small group instruction, and kids yoga coaching for athletic teams.
